Revolution Performance Boats is an Australian owned company, with over 35 years experience in building world-class ski boats, you will speak directly with the manufacturer at all times. We manufacture a range of boats with today's skier in mind, Revolution Boats are ideal for social skiing, ski racing, or a day out on the water with friends and family.

Revolution Boats are used by current World and Australian Champions for training.

Design and Construction

Revolution Performance boats are using the latest vacuum infused technology, we pride ourselves on using this new technology and high quality products of composite laminates and resins. Along with a sophisticated engineered lay-up schedule, every boat out of our facility is now built using the 'Vacuum Assisted Resin Transfer Moulding' method also known as Resin Infused. Through the use of Resin Infusion a boat can be built lighter and significantly stronger than a hand laid or even vacuum bagged boat. Our attention to detail is second to none, and each of our boats undergoes a number of stringent quality tests before leaving our factory. Our use of the 'shoe box' mould enables a lap over where the deck and hull meet, the join is then glued and fibreglassed on the inside from the stern to bow, providing an extra strong construction. With the availability of high horsepower engines being within reach of the average boat owner, stability and strength is required as well as comfort and functionality. No glue laminated timbers where rotting may occur are used in the hull or deck. Revolution Performance Boats is proud to offer a 12 month workmanship guarantee on every hull and deck that we manufacture.

Custom Made Boats - All Boats are Definitely Not Created Equal

Revolution Performance Boats are custom made to cater for your individual needs with all boats being Vacuum Infused we offer a Three Stage Option:

Stage 1 - Price starting at $24000.00 incl GST. ( as at 10.06.11 )
Bare hull - includes hull and deck, gunnel, fuel tank, buoyancy tanks, un-upholstered seat shells and built in esky

Stage 2
Ready for engine - includes Stage 1 plus upholstered seats ( click here for colour range ), carpet, steering package and ski pole - POA

Stage 3
Complete (includes Stage 1 and Stage 2 plus your choice of engine package and trailer) - POA

Vacuum Infused Technology - In Vacuum Infusion the process begins very similar to a standard hand lay-up. All the colour gelcoat taped off and is sprayed in the mould, a light layer of mat is put in by hand. Then the process becomes quite unique as all the fibreglass and coring materials are laid in "dry" without any resin. With all the laminates in place a set of resin feed lines are put throughout the mould to ensure even "wet out" of the entire boat. A vacuum channel is put in place around the perimeter of the mould and a vacuum bag is placed over the entire mould, the bag is checked for leaks, the air is then completely evacuated. The resin is flowed out in stages until all the laminate is completely wet out. Once the resin has cured to a given point the bag is removed and the boat is ready for the engine bearers, fuel tank, balast tank, buoyancy tanks and ribs to be Infused.
